During my graduate studies, I delved into the fascinating topic of wave propagation in solids and structures, with a particular focus on nonlinear wave propagation and its application in designing innovative nonlinear metamaterials by tailoring their microstructure. Phase Transitions in Functional Materials

Toward the end of my PhD and throughout much of my postdoctoral research, I focused on functional materials that respond to external stimuli, such as electrical, chemical, and magnetic fields, driven by their unique microstructure capable of undergoing phase transformations. This work has applications in areas like ferroelectrics, batteries, and more. Explore further through the link below!

Industry Career

After completing my postdoctoral research, I transitioned to pursue a career in industry to apply my expertise in an applied research environment, specifically at the intersection of mechanics, materials, physics-based simulations, and product design.
